Hello Thank you for visiting my website. I hope this
provides important information you need to know about my law practice. The legal process, especially litigation, is often lengthy and can be intimidating, expensive and
stressful. I strive to maximize recoveries and resolve disputes while minimizing delays, hassles, expense and
stress to my clients. Experience I received my law degree from Georgetown Law Center in 1989. During the
past 20 years, I have served as a trial lawyer in State and Federal Courts, the Court of Appeals and Supreme
Court of Georgia, including jury trials, arbitrations, mediations and settlements. I have served as an arbitrator
for the Fulton County State Court, and I have provided free legal advice and work through various organizations
including the State Bar of Georgia, The September 11 Victim's Compensation Fund and The Care
Ministry at Northpoint Community Church. I presently serve as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for
children in Forsyth County. I am a substitute teacher in Fulton County and a Big Brother. I coach
little league sports and I am a dad to my incredible son Carson. In
my early years of law practice, and under the incredible guidance of some of the very best attorneys, I served as a trial lawyer mostly for corporations in
the insurance and transportation industries, including representing tractor-trailer companies and operators. During the past 22 years, I have handled hundreds
of cases, representing primarily individuals in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases, often caused by
tractor-trailer companies and drivers, medical negligence, products liability and freak accidents. I also handle a
wide range of bussines matters and litigation, Will contests and other Estate disputes. I provide consulting
for individuals, businesses and attorneys and companies in legal matters throughout the United States. Case Load Spending time with and raising my
son is my greatest joy and highest priority. I also enjoy my legal profession and providing quality, effective and personalized
service and my pro bono and charitable work and community service. In order to serve all very
well, I select only a few cases and legal matters to handle at any one time and work with an incredible
and experienced staff, experts, consultants & often with other attorneys who specialize in issues involved
in the matters I am handling. Great Resources Whenever specialization,
out-of-State assistance or additional legal support would enhance my cases, I will work with some
of the very best and experienced attorneys, paralegals, and/or law firms, as needed. I regularly consult
with and retain top-notch accident reconstructionists, medical doctors, nurses, engineers and a host of other experts

Range of Cases & Legal Matter Very often, I am retained by other attorneys to assist or consult in their cases. I have served on cases from California to Washington,
D.C. Many cases involve tractor-trailer wrecks, medical malpractice, products liability and other
serious matters resulting in death, permanent injuries, emotional, and financial hardship and loss. While many cases I handle involve truck wrecks and other serious accidents, I also handle cases
involving negligent security, sexual assaults, injuries at amusement parks, shopping centers, etc., defective
devises or equipment, medical malpractice, libel & slander, sexual harassment, age and race discrimination, fraud, disputes
